  • Processing outcomes may depend on upstream and banking systems.

3. Transaction Status and Finality

Transaction outcomes depend on upstream providers and banking networks. If an order becomes final or is no longer verifiable by upstream partners, it may be marked as failed or closed.

4. Compliance and Use Restrictions

  • Use the Services only for lawful purposes.
  • Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Do not engage in prohibited, fraudulent, or abusive activities.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access in case of suspected violations or risk exposure.

5. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Delays, failures, or errors caused by upstream providers, banks, or external systems.
  • Losses arising from incorrect information provided by clients or end-users.
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
